We are so pleased to welcome Corrine from Roots & Thyme to Karrageen, Corrine will be cooking up some traditional chilli con carne or chilli non-carne (for the veggies in the camp), gluten free pasta in a home-made tomato & basil sauce as well as a selectrion of Buddha bowls with a variation of dressings and toppings.

Inspired by the areas she lives in, and the abundance of fresh locally sourced ingredients, Janey has created a mouth watering selection of healthy mezze and tapas boxes. Her main stand out dish is her take on a Canadian Poutine and Italian street food called with wok fried fish in a cone with side dip.
